Online delivery policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from MCD Operations Pty Ltd containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). When you make a booking with us this following terms and conditions will apply:
If you have any queries (changes, rescheduling requests etc) in relation to the drive you have booked, you must contact us directly. Bookings are non refundable however, we will make our best efforts to reschedule your classes at any time.
If you do not attend at the agreed date, time and place you may not be entitled to a refund.
Lack of availability
We do not guarantee availability of any of the drives published on the website.
Your participation in each activity is conditional upon your acceptance of MCD Operations Pty Ltd’s terms and conditions.
Copyright images and content on the MCD Operations Pty Ltd site are protected by copyright and must not be copied, saved or used in any format other than incidental to your permitted use of this site.
MCD Operations Pty Ltd makes no warranty or representation regarding the drive to be provided on the website. MCD Operations Pty Ltd has no liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise caused by any drive instructor. You may change your class date by contacting our office, this must be done at least 24 hours in advance of your class time or a rebooking fee may be charged.
