“Do I need off-road experience?”
The answer is no.
Virtually all of our customers have never driven anything remotely like our buggies.
And that’s perfectly fine.
Ragged Edge 4×4 was designed around progression.
The first track introduces the steering. The second introduces independence. The third introduces commitment. And by the fourth track, customers are combining everything they’ve learned.
What surprises people most is how different the buggies feel.
Rear steering changes your instincts. At first, customers often feel like the buggy is doing the opposite of what they expect.
Many customers describe the first few minutes as feeling completely backwards compared to normal driving instincts.
That learning curve is intentional.
Because the goal isn’t simply to complete obstacles. The goal is to understand the vehicle.
That’s why our passenger lap happens EARLY. You try first. Then you see what’s possible. Then you immediately apply it yourself.
